A Business Systems Analyst (BSA) acts as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams by identifying business needs and translating them into effective system and process solutions. The role focuses on ensuring business systems, data flows, and workflows are well designed, integrated, and aligned with organizational goals.
Business Systems Analysts analyze existing systems and processes, gather and document business and system requirements, and support the implementation and enhancement of enterprise platforms such as ERP, CRM, HRIS, and analytics systems. They work closely with users, management, developers, and vendors to ensure solutions are functional, scalable, and deliver measurable business value.
